Removing Rust using Baking Soda

Just rinse and dry the metal and dust it with baking soda, covering all parts where there is rust. Scour it with a metal brush after 1 hour.

Citric Acid Method

Take hot water in a bowl and add a tablespoon of citric acid in it. Place your rusty tools and items in the solution and leave overnight. Use a brush to remove the rust flecks and rinse it off.

Rust Removal using Rust converters

This is a chemical method, where by rust converters such as spray paints can be used to paint the metal surface.

Krud Kutter Rust Remover

The gel easily penetrates into the metal surface and dissolves the rust. The gel inhibitors provide a complete protection for future rusting. Krud kutter rust remover is a water based product which creates an ideal surface for priming or painting.
